Submission Online

Manuscripts must be submitted electronically through the Journal of Computer and Data Science (JCODA) online submission system. Authors are required to register and log in before submitting a manuscript.

Submission Procedure

  1. Register for an author account in the journal system.
  2. Log in to the JCODA online submission platform.
  3. Click New Submission and complete all required submission information.
  4. Upload the manuscript file in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
  5. Enter complete metadata, including:
    • Title of the manuscript
    • Abstract
    • Keywords
    • Author(s) information and affiliations
    • References (if required by the system)
  6. Confirm that the manuscript complies with the Author Guidelines and Publication Ethics requirements.
  7. Complete the submission and wait for the editorial confirmation email.

Submission Checklist

Before submitting, authors must ensure that:

  • The manuscript has not been previously published and is not under consideration by another journal.
  • The manuscript is written in English and follows the JCODA template.
  • All authors have approved the manuscript for submission.
  • References are formatted according to the IEEE citation style.
  • Figures and tables are properly numbered and cited in the text.
  • The manuscript has been checked for grammar, spelling, and formatting consistency.
  • A CRediT Authorship Contribution Statement has been included.
  • A Declaration of Competing Interest has been provided.
  • A Data Availability Statement has been included.
  • A Declaration of Generative AI and AI-assisted Technologies in the Writing Process has been provided when applicable.
