The journal follows a continuous manuscript processing workflow throughout the year. Submitted manuscripts undergo editorial screening, double-blind peer review, revision, and final editing before publication in the scheduled issue. Articles are published electronically through the journal's online platform and are freely accessible under the journal's Open Access policy.

JCODA welcomes submissions year-round from researchers, academics, professionals, and practitioners in the fields of computer science, information technology, and data science. Authors are encouraged to submit their manuscripts at any time, as accepted papers will be assigned to the next available issue following the completion of the review and production process.
