Authors who publish in the Journal of Computer and Data Science (JCODA) retain the copyright of their published articles. Articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which allows others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the published material, including for commercial purposes, provided that the terms of the license are followed.

Users must give appropriate credit to the original author(s) and source, provide a link to the CC BY-SA 4.0 license, and indicate whether changes have been made. If the material is remixed, transformed, or built upon, the resulting material must be distributed under the same license. Users may not apply additional legal or technological restrictions that prevent others from exercising the rights granted by the license.

Authors are responsible for ensuring that any third-party material included in their articles is used with the necessary permissions. Material excluded from the Creative Commons license remains subject to its applicable copyright and licensing conditions.
