Reviewer Process

The review process is conducted through the journal's online editorial system. Reviewers are expected to follow the assigned review workflow and submit their reports through the designated system.

Step 1 — Review Invitation

A reviewer receives an invitation containing basic information about the manuscript. The reviewer should evaluate their expertise, availability, and possible conflicts of interest before accepting the invitation.

Step 2 — Manuscript Access

After accepting the invitation, the reviewer accesses the manuscript, reviewing instructions, and relevant supplementary materials through the journal's editorial system.

Step 3 — Detailed Evaluation

The reviewer evaluates the manuscript according to the journal's review criteria, including originality, methodology, results, discussion, references, ethical compliance, and overall scientific contribution.

Step 4 — Review Report

The reviewer prepares a clear and constructive report. Major concerns, minor concerns, required revisions, and recommendations should be identified separately whenever possible.

Step 5 — Recommendation

The reviewer provides an overall recommendation, such as Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject, according to the available options in the editorial system.

Step 6 — Submission of Review

The completed review should be submitted through the journal's online system within the requested timeframe.

Estimated Review Period

The initial peer-review process generally takes approximately 6–8 weeks, depending on reviewer availability, manuscript complexity, review response time, revision requirements, and the need to appoint additional reviewers.

Review Timeline Notice:
The 6–8 week period is an estimated timeframe and does not constitute a guarantee. Reviewers are encouraged to communicate with the editor if additional time is required.
