Editorial Screening Decision

Following the initial screening, a manuscript may be returned to the authors for technical corrections or additional information, forwarded for external peer review, or rejected without external review if it clearly fails to meet the journal's essential requirements. Passing the initial screening does not guarantee acceptance for publication.
