Editorial decisions at Journal of Computer and Data Science (JCODA) are based on scholarly merit and ethical considerations rather than commercial, political, personal, institutional, or other inappropriate external influences. Editors are responsible for ensuring that manuscripts are evaluated fairly, objectively, and consistently.

Editorial Decision Criteria

Editors should make decisions based on the following academic and ethical considerations:

02. Originality and Contribution

The alignment of the manuscript with the journal's aims, scope, and readership.

05. Research and Publication Ethics

Compliance with ethical standards, research integrity, and publication policies.

06. Validity of Evidence and Conclusions

The reliability of the evidence, logical consistency of the analysis, and support for the conclusions.

Commercial Independence

Acceptance or rejection decisions must not be influenced or determined by advertising, sponsorship, author payments, institutional relationships, or other commercial considerations. Editorial decisions must remain independent of financial interests, and all manuscripts must be assessed according to the same scholarly and ethical standards.
